Our North Hollywood Smog Test-Only station is licensed by the State of California, and is qualified to inspect and certify most vehicles, including gross polluters.

You may have noticed that your DMV renewal specifically directs you to go to a Test-Only station for your smog check.

Why not a general mechanic?

Because, they perform all automotive services, and therefore, are not as technically trained in the state-of-the-art equipment needed for proper smog testing. There is also the conflict of interest in selling repair work.

Our North Hollywood Smog center is an "Official" Smog Test-Only establishment.
